Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
- Manage spa reservations, enquiries, and guest preferences.
- Share information about treatments, services, and facilities.
- Coordinate with therapists and hotel teams.
- Maintain an organized reception area and support retail recommendations and spa administration.
- Help make each guest encounter meaningful and memorable.
Required Qualifications
- Russian language proficiency.
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel reception, or guest-facing role.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Confidence using booking systems and handling guest enquiries.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A caring, positive, and professional approach.
