Role Overview
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming hotel environment by keeping electrical systems and equipment reliable and efficient.
Join the hotel Engineering team as an Engineering Host - Electrical Technician.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair the hotel's electrical systems, equipment, lighting, motors, and panels.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond promptly to faults, guest requests, and emergencies.
- Follow electrical safety standards and maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.
- Support the Engineering team with energy-saving initiatives and smooth hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Hold a diploma, vocational qualification, or trade certification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Have previous electrical maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel, commercial building, or facilities environment.
- Have technical knowledge of wiring diagrams and electrical testing tools, and use those tools safely.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Be flexible to work shifts when required.
