Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking an energetic and caring Fitness Trainer.
The role focuses on inspiring guests and colleagues to lead healthier, more active lives through engaging fitness experiences and professional guidance.
Your role
- Deliver safe, engaging personal-training and group-fitness sessions tailored to guests' goals and abilities.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and motivate guests.
- Promote the safe use of fitness equipment.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented fitness centre.
- Report safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Build genuine connections with guests and colleagues through warmth, empathy, professionalism, and respect.
Qualifications
- Recognised fitness or personal-training certification is required.
- Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer or Gym Instructor is required; hospitality or premium fitness-facility experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exercise programming, equipment safety, and adapting workouts to different fitness levels is required.
- Excellent communication skills, a caring and professional attitude, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required.
