Role Overview
The Spa Receptionist creates a warm and seamless welcome experience for guests visiting the spa.
The role coordinates enquiries, appointments, treatments, and guest requests while representing the Banyan Tree brand.
Guest Welcome and Service
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service throughout their spa journey.
- Assist guests with spa facilities, treatment options, wellness experiences, and resort offerings.
- Anticipate guest needs and maintain a calm, welcoming, and luxurious spa environment.
Reservations and Appointments
- Manage spa reservations, appointments, cancellations, and changes efficiently.
- Explain treatments, pricing, packages, promotions, and availability accurately.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and confirm appointments with relevant guest information.
