Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Sous Chef – Sushi

to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes with consistency and creativity.
  • Ensure freshness, quality, and proper handling of seafood and ingredients.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
  • Supervise and guide kitchen team members during operations.
  • Support inventory control, stock management, and ordering.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Sous Chef or Senior Sushi Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine.
  • Experience handling seafood and maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
