Job Description

  • Hilton is seeking a Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead culinary team operations with hands on coaching
  • Oversee production and service, including line checks and expediting
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus and daily specials
  • Promote cross department collaboration between Front and Back of House
  • Provide administrative support for inventory, ordering, and scheduling
  • Uphold regulatory standards for health, safety, and sanitation
