Overview

  • Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations with strong expertise in Mediterranean cuisine.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising kitchen staff and preparing authentic Mediterranean dishes.
  • Maintaining consistent food quality and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assisting with menu development, recipe standardization, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Leading the kitchen during service and ensuring smooth operations in the Executive Chef's absence.

Experience

  • Sous chef: 2 years (Preferred)
