- Support Chef de Cuisine in overseeing daily operations of a vibrant, high volume restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assist in managing and developing the kitchen team
- Ensure smooth service operations and adherence to food safety, hygiene, and efficiency standards
- Contribute to menu development, inventory management, cost control, and implementation of innovative dining concepts
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel, large scale resort, or high volume all day dining operation
- Solid understanding of international cuisine and confident managing multiple meal periods
- Proactive leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of cost control, stock management, and productivity
- Passionate about hospitality and culinary innovation
- Commitment to developing talent and delivering exceptional guest experiences

About the Role
- As Sous Chef, Aelia, you will support the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing daily operations of a vibrant, high volume restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring culinary excellence by maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Assist in managing and developing the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service operations and adherence to highest standards.
- Contribute to menu development, inventory management, cost control, and implementation of innovative dining concepts.
About You
- Motivated and experienced culinary professional with previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in luxury hotel, large scale resort, or high volume all day dining operation.
- Solid understanding of international cuisine and confident managing multiple meal periods.
- Proactive leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of motivating a diverse team.
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of cost control, stock management, and productivity.
- Passionate about hospitality and culinary innovation, committed to developing talent and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
