About the Role
- As an In Room Dining Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests within the comfort of their rooms and suites.
- You will lead, motivate, and support the In Room Dining team, ensuring service is delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with the highest luxury hospitality standards.
- You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, handle guest requests, and ensure every order is prepared, delivered, and presented to perfection.
About You
- The ideal candidate is a passionate hospitality professional with minimum 2 years previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- You possess strong leadership and communication skills, thrive in a fast paced setting, and are committed to delivering outstanding guest service.
- You have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to lead and develop a high performing team.
- A positive attitude, problem solving mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike are essential.
