- Assist in effecting efficient sourcing processes to save costs and maximize profitability
- Support negotiating processes with suppliers to obtain services at best prices
- Ensure processes are compliant with laws and regulations of Abu Dhabi
- Update and maintain Vendor Database with pre qualification, background checks, and onboarding
- Support in development of quality performance guidelines and corrective actions for supplier performance improvement
- Provide support to facilitate bidding process by answering queries and routing questions
- Support in facilitating pre qualification of suppliers for Bidders lists

Key accountabilities Sourcing
- Understand and ensure the processes are compliant with the various laws and regulations in place by the business and the Government of Abu Dhabi.
- Support the sourcing process in an ethical and compliant way and ensure it is aligned with international, local standards, laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all activities conducted during the sourcing and selection process are above board and satisfactory to the ethical requirements of the business and the Government of Abu Dhabi.
- Update and maintain and develop the Vendor Database with vendor pre qualification, background checks, on boarding, status and currency of registration (trade and commercial licenses etc.).
- Support in the development of the quality performance guidelines and corrective actions for supplier performance improvement and manage milestone deliverables verification process.
Vendors & Supplier Relation
- Provide support to team which helps facilitate the bidding process by answering any queries and routing questions to the relevant personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support in facilitating the pre qualification of suppliers for Bidders lists (due diligence) with any applicable Business Partners to develop accuracy in the vendor/supplier selection process.
