Role Overview
The Sourcing Inspector / Car Buyer meets sellers, coordinates the inspection and deal process, assesses vehicles, and supports the closing of vehicle purchase offers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet sellers professionally and build rapport.
- Guide sellers through check-in, waiting, and deal-area processes.
- Perform safe and professional vehicle inspections.
- Complete accurate inspection reports within SAC quality standards and required timelines.
- Identify seller priorities using qualifying questions and provide the information to the closer.
- Support closing through trial closing, negotiation, perceived-value, and objection-handling techniques.
- Complete accepted-offer documentation and forward it with the vehicle to the operations team.
- Send off all sellers professionally and encourage referrals.
Qualifications
- Qualified technician or engineer.
- UAE driving license.
- Minimum 3–5 years of technical or customer service experience.
- Diploma or degree qualification.
- Strong vehicle inspection, customer experience, and sales skills.
- General proficiency with browsers, applications, and email.
- General proficiency in English.
