SellAnyCar offers a convenient vehicle-selling service across the Arab world, including valuation, inspection, car buying, deregistration, part-exchange, and loan or mortgage settlement services.
Job Description
The role combines vehicle inspection, seller support, documentation, and assistance with offer negotiation and deal closing.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet sellers warmly and professionally to build rapport.
- Guide sellers through check-in, waiting, and deal-area processes.
- Perform safe, courteous, and professional vehicle inspections.
- Complete accurate inspection reports within the required time and quality standards.
- Identify sellers’ priorities using open- and closed-ended qualifying questions and brief the closer.
- Assist the closer with trial closing, negotiation, perceived-value techniques, and objection handling.
- Complete documentation for accepted offers and send it with the vehicle to the operations team.
- Ensure accepted and rejected-offer sellers are sent off professionally and encouraged to refer others.
Qualifications
- Qualified technician or engineer.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Three to five years of technical or customer service experience.
- Diploma or degree qualification.
- Strong vehicle inspection skills.
- Strong customer experience and sales skills.
- General proficiency in browsers, applications, and email.
- General proficiency in English.
