Responsibilities
- Set up and operate sound, lighting, and AV equipment for live events, performances, and entertainment programs.
- Manage audio systems, mixing consoles, microphones, monitors, and other technical equipment.
- Operate and program lighting systems, consoles, and effects to enhance performances.
- Support DJs, live bands, and performers with technical requirements before and during shows.
- Monitor sound and lighting quality throughout events and make adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively during live performances.
- Carry out regular equipment checks, maintenance, and ensure all systems are working to a high standard.
- Work closely with the entertainment and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sound Technician, Lighting Technician, AV Technician, or similar role in a live entertainment environment.
- Strong knowledge of professional audio systems, lighting equipment, and live event production.
- Experience with digital audio consoles and lighting control systems.
- Experience supporting live bands, DJs, and entertainment performances.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution oriented under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality experiences.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and late night events.

Role Overview

Compensation
- Pay: AED7,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
