Responsibilities
- Support day to day marketing administration, including budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and brand assets
- Coordinate with internal teams, venues, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of marketing activities
- Coordinate and oversee social media strategy and execution to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Assist with reporting, presentations, and campaign performance tracking
- Track, measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or hospitality group
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences
