Responsibilities

Manage end to end payroll processing in compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and WPS requirements.
Process high volume monthly payroll accurately and within strict deadlines.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave encashments, and final settlements.
Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS/HRMS system.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and summaries for management review.
Calculate end of service benefits and gratuity in accordance with UAE regulations.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs and approvals.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll related queries.
Support HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and support internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation as required.

Requirements

Proven experience managing high volume payroll within the UAE
Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, WPS, gratuity calculations, and statutory payroll requirements
Experience working with HRIS/HRMS systems; HRStop is an advantage
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation, and payroll reporting
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in HR and payroll
Must have experience handling high volume payroll
Experience in multi entity payroll environments is an advantage

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized HR & Payroll Executive to join our team in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end to end payroll processing, supporting HR operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Candidates with experience handling high volume payroll are strongly preferred.
