- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they feel comfortable
- Answer guest enquiries and assist with bookings when needed
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience
- Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming reception area at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer facing hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, positive personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional in a fast paced environment
- Team player with a polished and professional presentation
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

What You'll Do
