Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our wine program, assisting guests with selections, and enhancing our food and beverage offerings through expert knowledge and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Recommend and pour wines, pairing them with the menu based on guest preferences and budget.
- Wine List Management: Curate, update, and maintain a diverse and profitable wine list.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Oversee wine inventory, manage cellar storage, and negotiate with vendors.
- Staff Training: Educate service staff on wine knowledge, pairing suggestions, and service techniques.
