Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the outlet daily operation, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service
- Train and supervise all staff members
- Manage inventory of supplies, food, beverages, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Create and manage the outlet budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring financial stability
- Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue, such as upselling, promoting events, and attracting new customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with club members, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Plan and coordinate a variety of events
Requirements
- Previous and proven working experience in a similar position (busy pub/bar environment)
- Operational stamina: physically able to stand, move quickly, and lift heavy items during long, fast paced shifts
- Flexible schedule with strict requirement to work late nights, weekends, and major holidays
- Exceptional problem solving skills to calmly diffuse tense customer interactions or staff conflicts
