- Ensure seamless execution of Italian culinary concept, guiding team on food pairing and menu knowledge
- Train, schedule, and evaluate floor staff; conduct pre service briefings
- Drive sales, maximize budgeted revenue, oversee cost controls, inventory management, and profit margins
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or high volume pubs and bars
- Proven track record in managing Italian specialty concepts
- Exceptional, extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail creation
- Outstanding communication skills, strong financial acumen, and ability to thrive under pressure

Job Overview

- Operations Leadership: Oversee day to day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring highest standards of quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
- Beverage & Bar Excellence: Utilize very good knowledge of alcohol, spirits, and wines to design drink menus, train staff, and drive beverage sales.
- Italian Expertise: Ensure seamless execution of our Italian culinary concept, guiding the team on food pairing recommendations and menu knowledge.
- Staff Management & Training: Train, schedule, and evaluate floor staff. Conduct dynamic pre service briefings.

Requirements
