- Expert proficiency with modern hospitality Point of Sale systems (such as Toast POS, Square, or Lightspeed) and inventory management software
- Physically able to stand, move quickly, and lift heavy items during long, fast paced shifts
- Flexible schedule with a strict requirement to work late nights, weekends, and major holidays
- Exceptional ability to calmly diffuse tense customer interactions or staff conflicts under a loud, high pressure environment

Overview

The Role
- As our Bar Manager, you will be the face of the venue.
- You will balance hands on service with backend business operations, ensuring every shift runs flawlessly, especially during peak weekend rushes and special events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a high volume pub, nightclub, or busy restaurant environment.
- Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency with modern hospitality Point of Sale systems (such as Toast POS, Square, or Lightspeed) and inventory management software.
