- Remote (United States)
Salary
- USD 60,000 - 90,000/year
- (Salary Range: $60-90k based on level of experience + commission with ~2× OTE potential, accelerators applied after quota attainment)
- We are seeking an early-career sales professional who is highly motivated, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in consultative enterprise technology sales. This individual will directly support North American and European business development efforts and should be capable of growing into a quota-carrying account executive within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within a digital agency, web development firm, SaaS company, or CMS-driven environment
- Prior experience selling CMS-based websites or digital platform solutions required
- WordPress experience strongly preferred; other CMS platforms acceptable if the candidate demonstrates strong technical curiosity and ability to learn
- Experience engaging with marketing teams, digital leaders, or technology stakeholders is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; relevant experience may substitute
Must Have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ambitious and motivated to grow within a structured sales organization
- Comfortable discussing web technologies, digital platforms, and marketing-driven business objectives
- Organized and process-oriented, with CRM discipline and attention to follow-through
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within a distributed US and India team
