Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain employee documents, HRMS, trackers, and reports.
• Coordinate employee meetings, onboarding and offboarding formalities.
• Support the HR team with performance management, employee relations, vendor management, employee engagement, and other day to day tasks.
• Assist in documenting and rolling out HR policies and initiatives.
• Support the recruitment process with hiring, and related documentation.

Must Haves

• Excellent interpersonal skills, in both verbal and written communication.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions (e.g., employee relations, HR operations, recruitment).
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good understanding of Google Suite/MS Office.
