Role Overview
The Solutions Consultant drives growth and development of Hilti service solutions.
The role launches and supports Hilti ON!Track and Fleet Management asset-management solutions.
The role supports customers, sales regions, and internal teams across the market and region.
What You'll Do
- Train the assigned territory’s salesforce on the asset-management solution and sales process.
- Support the sales process and serve as the first point of contact for salesforce questions.
- Gather and document customer insights through on-site analysis.
- Consult customers on ON!Track and Fleet Management based on their individual needs.
- Implement solutions at customer sites, including hardware and software installation and data imports.
- Analyze and optimize customer business processes and document project-specific customizations.
- Advise customers on how to set up and use the solution.
- Establish and lead the Life Cycle Management setup and dedicated LCM team.
- Support other regional markets in scaling service offerings and maximizing customer value.
What You'll Bring
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in disciplinary and technical leadership of teams, preferably within a matrix organization.
- Solid professional background in Fleet Management and affinity for digital solutions, software systems, and service-based business models.
- Relevant experience in marketing and sales of services and software solutions.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a high sense of ownership.
- Assertiveness and resilience in leading change and driving performance.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
