The Solution Sales Manager will lead and develop the Presales function supporting SoftwareOne’s cloud and managed services business in India.

The role focuses on Team Management, solution design, deal shaping, bid management, and driving high-quality customer proposals in collaboration with sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems.

• Lead and build a high-performing presales team supporting cloud and managed services opportunities in India for Channel (Indirect) AWS business
• Partner closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape winning solutions
• Design end-to-end technical and commercial solutions for Channel Partners
• Drive proposal development for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive deals
• Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and partner teams to ensure feasibility and execution alignment
• Support Go-To-Market initiatives for cloud managed services and modernization offerings
• Engage with customer stakeholders, including C-level executives, to articulate solution value and business outcomes
