We are looking for an Associate Consultant – Azure Managed Services to provide first-line technical support across Microsoft Azure environments while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to operational excellence.

As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Azure environments, managing incidents and service requests, and ensuring customer expectations and service level agreements are met.

Working closely with senior consultants and technical specialists, you will troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, support Azure administration activities, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Providing Level 1 technical support for Microsoft Azure cloud environments and managed services customers.
