Role Overview
The Solution, Enterprise, or Lead Architect role combines technology leadership with strategic client partnership.
The role shapes solution direction, governs architectural standards, and leads large-scale managed services programs.
The architect works with C-suite executives and mentors architecture and engineering teams.
Architecture and Delivery
- Establish solution strategy for large digital transformation and managed services initiatives.
- Define multi-year technology direction, modern platform designs, and operational models.
- Ensure solutions deliver scalability, resilience, cost efficiency, and business alignment.
- Design and supervise managed services spanning application management, cloud operations, and platform engineering.
- Set SLAs, governance structures, performance tracking systems, and continuous-improvement frameworks.
- Drive automation, AI/GenAI, and DevOps to improve operational excellence.
- Perform architecture work, proof-of-concept development, technology evaluation, due diligence, and modernization planning.
Client and Commercial Leadership
- Advise CIOs, CTOs, and other C-suite leaders on transformation pathways and technology execution.
