Role Overview
Design and deliver scalable business solutions across formats, channels, countries, and business models.
Provide SAP SD and IS Retail functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into capabilities using standard packages.
- Identify localizations or enhancements and support them with business cases.
- Create functional requirements for application design and development.
- Propose solutions, configure systems, and write WRICEF functional specifications.
- Coordinate offshore development teams and align technical solutions with functional requirements.
- Conduct unit and functional testing and support integration and UAT.
- Deliver scalable and integrated solutions across international operating models.
- Provide training content and support change management efforts.
- Provide third-level support, application administration, and troubleshooting across European operating companies.
- Collaborate across applications and modules to ensure seamless integration.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
- Promote process and system improvements through work-process and user-experience evaluation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience implementing SAP applications.
