- Provide consultation and support to clients on technology use, business process design, and technology product selection
- Provide expert advice on design, implementation, and operations of complex IT systems
- Oversee enterprise business architecture implementation and ongoing refinement
- Lead teams of professional and technical staff in development, integration, and operation of information systems
- Develop and maintain policies, strategies, standards, and architectures for technologies, data, and applications
- Review project scope, solution blueprints, and technical design documentation to ensure business needs are met
- Contribute to multi party, inter disciplinary studies
- Provide leadership for development, deployment, and continuous improvement of business processes
- Liaise with vendors of software and hardware
- Analyze current business environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions
- Serve as liaison to business community to ensure needs are understood by project team
- Design and participate in governance activities for compliance with enterprise business architecture
Requirements
- Knowledge of computer science to design and implement complex IT systems
- Good knowledge of English for communication and presentations
- Over 10 years and up to 12 years of experience in IT and business processes
- Experience with new and existing IT products and services
- Understanding of business processes and their application
- Experience with company's architectures and standards for IT, applications, and data
- Strong leadership skills to lead, manage, and facilitate teams
- Thorough understanding of company's objectives and technology implementation

- Contribute to multi party, inter disciplinary studies.

Selection Criteria
- Requires knowledge of computer science to design and implement complex IT systems.
- Requires good knowledge of English to communicate effectively and prepare technical reports.
- Knowledge normally acquired through completion of 4 years of University training (Grade XII plus 5 years).
- Requires experience with new and existing IT products and services.
- Requires understanding of business processes and their application.
- Requires experience within the Company's architectures and standards for IT, applications, and data.
- Requires experience with operational aspects of the business.
- Requires strong leadership skills.
- Requires thorough understanding of Company's objectives.
- A period of over 10 years and up to 12 years is considered necessary to gain this experience.
Salary Range
- Hiring salary range: CAD 4,374.92 CAD 6,249.88 / Bi weekly
