Solution Architect

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in a large and complex organization.

10+ years of progressive IT experience including software development, automation, systems integration, and solution architecture.

Demonstrated career progression from software developer or engineer to technical leadership and solution architectural roles, with experience building, scaling, and supporting enterprise solutions in productions environment.

Strong hands-on experience with software development, process automation, systems integration, or cloud-based solution delivery, and a deep understanding of system design, debugging, and production support.

Experience working within complex enterprise environments, including Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, ERP, or related business systems.

Strong understanding of solution architecture, application design, data architecture, security, governance, and scalability principles.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or TOGAF are considered assets.

Strategic and innovative in driving automation and business value.

An effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator who can influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.

A natural strong problem solver with strong analytical and technical expertise.

Results-driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
