You have
A post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting complex enterprise platforms.
Strong experience producing structured, functional documentation and traceability artifacts.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
Working knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis and validation.
Strong process modeling skills (process flows, activity or sequence diagrams).
Hands-on experience leading and supporting requirements elicitation, system testing, UAT, and pay-impact validation.
Experience with Workday or integrated HR ecosystems is considered an asset.
Experience working in unionized or highly regulated environments is considered an asset.
