Supply Planner

Working in A Series Demand Planning to establish and maintain planning rules, including lead time, safety stock, network, sourcing, and planning/cycle time.

Developing replenishment purchase orders based on established rules in BlueYonder Fulfillment.

Reviewing and addressing exceptions, including stock-outs, stock low, and excess inventory.

Partnering with Supply Chain Analysts to identify potential inventory obsolescence situations and work with Category Managers and suppliers to develop and execute plans to resolve issues.

Providing proactive visibility to suppliers to prevent out-of-stocks.

Collaborating with Demand Planners to ensure forecasts are accurate and aligned with the needs of the banners we support.

Partnering with the warehouse team to ensure the distribution center capacity is considered when placing purchase orders.

3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain planning, and/or inventory control; experience with finished goods is an asset.

Post-secondary education in Inventory Management, Distribution or Logistics is preferred.

Transportation knowledge is considered an asset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with BlueYonder Fulfillment is considered an asset.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
