Responsibilities
- Lead pre sales activities, including client requirement gathering, solution design, and technical presentations
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations
- Design and develop comprehensive ICT solutions, covering networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and align solutions to meet their objectives
- Provide technical consultancy on Cisco and Fortinet products, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
- Support proof of concept (PoC) deployments and technical evaluations for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ICT, networking, and cybersecurity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ICT solution architecture, pre sales, and technical consulting
- Strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet solutions (certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or NSE 4 7 are highly desirable)
- Hands on experience in networking, security, firewalls, SD WAN, and cloud solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Knowledge of industry standards and security compliance frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia or Transferable Iqama

Job Overview
