- Implement and integrate technology solutions across all BRP domains, from manufacturing to sales and marketing
- Ensure all technology solutions comply with security, legal and regulatory requirements
- Partner with organization to understand strategy and agree on information systems solutions
- Estimate cost and prepare business cases for IT solutions considering infrastructure, licenses, cyber security, development and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of ten years of experience in IT, with at least five years in information system design
- Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
- Deep understanding of responsible AI, PII, data classification, data residency, and legal constraints
- Experience implementing governance frameworks for AI decisions
- Strategic business acumen and ability to design information systems to deliver strategy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts: model lifecycle, versioning, deployment, monitoring
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG)

Role Overview
- We are looking for a solution architect (SA) who will report to the Manager of solution architecture.
- The SA will define solution architecture on specific projects and work with business leaders to build a roadmap and solution alignment.
You’ll Have The Opportunity To
- Provide an architectural conception of the solution regarding Business, Application, Information and Technology domains via the solution architecture design document.
- Design Solution Architecture for reusable AI applications.
- Implement and integrate technology solutions across all BRP domains, from manufacturing to sales and marketing.
- Ensure that all technology solutions comply with security, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with the organization to understand organizational and departmental strategy and agree on information systems solutions.
- In collaboration with peers, estimate cost and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, cyber security, infrastructure, development and support.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study, or equivalent project related experience.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in IT, with at least five years in information system design.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Understanding of industry use cases and AI adoption patterns (e.g., knowledge management, automation, decision intelligence).
- Deep understanding of responsible AI, PII, sensitive data classification, data residency, and legal constraints around training, fine tuning, and inference.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks to ensure transparency and auditability of AI decisions.
- Strategic business acumen, understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences.
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross team.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills demonstrating outside the box problem solving.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF with Archimate or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
