- Identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to uncover innovation opportunities
- Collaborate closely with IS&T, R&D, design, marketing, legal, finance, after sales, and external partners
- Mobilize internal and external resources to deliver the roadmap
- Define success KPIs, track product performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to business cases and alignment of strategic priorities
- Maintain active monitoring of connectivity and user experience trends, especially in automotive
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, digital, or related field
- Demonstrated experience on complex digital projects delivered successfully
- Strong business acumen and ability to link strategy, customer value, and execution
- Mastery of agile methods and iterative software development
- Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills
- Results oriented, proactive, and able to drive projects forward
- Intrapreneurial profile, autonomous, and naturally collaborative
- Strong synthesis and data analysis skills to generate actionable insights
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bilingualism required (French and English, oral and written)
- Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders

Role Overview
- BRP is seeking a Product Manager – Connectivity to design, drive, and evolve connected digital products for recreational vehicles.
- The role reports to the Manager, Connectivity and is responsible for the full product lifecycle from business needs to continuous improvement.
You Will Have the Opportunity To
- Own BRP's connected digital products and ensure product vision.
