Role Overview

  • BRP is seeking a Product Manager – Connectivity to design, drive, and evolve connected digital products for recreational vehicles.
  • The role reports to the Manager, Connectivity and is responsible for the full product lifecycle from business needs to continuous improvement.

You Will Have the Opportunity To

  • Own BRP's connected digital products and ensure product vision.
  • Lead agile teams: Scrum ceremonies, reviews, demos, and planning.
  • Define, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with business vision and customer experience.
  • Manage product backlog, user stories, iteration planning, and delivery criteria.
  • Identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to uncover innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with IS&T, R&D, design, marketing, legal, finance, after sales, and external partners.
  • Mobilize internal and external resources to deliver the roadmap.
  • Define success KPIs, track product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to business cases and alignment of strategic priorities.
  • Maintain active monitoring of connectivity and user experience trends, especially in automotive.

Skills and Qualities

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, digital, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience on complex digital projects delivered successfully.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link strategy, customer value, and execution.
  • Mastery of agile methods and iterative software development.
  • Experience in automotive connectivity or connected products (strong asset).
  • Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills.
  • Results oriented, proactive, and able to drive projects forward.
  • Intrapreneurial profile, autonomous, and naturally collaborative.
  • Strong synthesis and data analysis skills to generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English, oral and written).
