- Be the product lead for BRP's connected digital products; lead team scrum and demos and other agile ceremonies
- Develop and manage the roadmap and development plan for Connectivity's digital initiatives
- Manage backlog, iteration planning and user story development; lead product release plans
- Understand customer behaviours and unmet needs to identify opportunities for innovation
- Mobilize resources (internal and external) for implementation of the roadmap
- Collaborate with IS&T, R&D, product development, design, legal, marketing, after sales service, finance and external partners
- Maintain and deepen knowledge of connectivity in the automotive industry
- Transform consumer and dealer research into actionable insights
- Define product success metrics, monitor performance, identify and lead opportunities for improvement
- Participate in creation of business cases and define customer and business KPIs
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure product plans remain aligned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital product management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration with focus on digital, marketing, communication or related field
- Experience with successful implementation of large, complex digital projects
- Developed business acumen
- Experience in iterative software development and agile principles
- Ability to influence, communicate and rally; leadership qualities
- Results oriented approach and ability to get things done
- Intrapreneurial, self starter, positive and innovative spirit
- Excellent organizational skills, initiative and sense of responsibility
- Strong ability to synthesize information and data into actionable ideas
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Role Overview
- Connectivity touches on digital, mobile applications, interweaving digital experience with BRP's recreational vehicles and intelligent use of recorded data.
- Your role will be to enrich the customer experience through innovation around connectivity.
- As the Connectivity Product Manager, you will report to the Connectivity Team Leader and be responsible for digital connected products from identification of business needs to strategic direction of design, development and deployment.
You'll Have The Opportunity To
