Role Overview
The organization supports the development and delivery of solar projects for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
The role provides project and administrative support across the solar project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, installation coordination, commissioning, maintenance, and customer communication.
The position is part-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Project Coordination
- Support day-to-day administration and coordination of solar PV projects.
- Maintain schedules, task trackers, milestones, deliverables, and status reports.
- Coordinate communication among project managers, engineers, customers, contractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
- Schedule site surveys, technical assessments, installation activities, inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover appointments.
- Track project progress, outstanding actions, approvals, documents, materials, technical requirements, risks, delays, changes, and corrective actions.
Documentation and Procurement
- Maintain quotations, contracts, drawings, specifications, permits, approvals, reports, photographs, warranties, manuals, certificates, and completion records.
