Overview
The Arab Lens seeks a Sales & Distribution Director to lead commercial expansion of private label brands across Saudi Arabia.
The role involves shaping go-to-market strategy, strengthening distribution, and building a high-performing sales function.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in senior sales or distribution leadership roles, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in the FMCG or retail sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy for the company’s private label and exclusive brands across Saudi Arabia.
- Establish an effective distribution model covering retail chains, HORECA, wholesalers, and major corporate accounts.
- Lead the expansion and positioning of the private label portfolio in line with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Develop pricing, promotional, and trade strategies that strengthen market presence while protecting profitability.
- Set and deliver sales plans covering revenue growth, distribution, market coverage, merchandising, promotions, and product availability.
- Identify opportunities to expand distribution and improve product reach across priority markets and channels.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and distribution organization with clear objectives and performance standards.
