About the Role
The Project Archive Clerk / Document Coordinator supports project document control, digital and physical archiving, file organization, document tracking, version control, records management, and administrative coordination.
The role supports construction, engineering, energy, infrastructure, facilities, and technical-service projects.
The position coordinates with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
Document Control and Archiving
- Maintain organized archives for active, completed, and closed projects.
- Receive, register, classify, distribute, file, and archive project documents according to established procedures.
- Maintain document registers, transmittal logs, revision histories, and document-status trackers.
- Manage drawings, specifications, contracts, reports, correspondence, permits, approvals, certificates, invoices, photographs, and other records.
- Ensure documents are correctly named, categorized, indexed, and stored in approved systems.
