Role overview
The Software Tester/QA Engineer will ensure the quality of WDP System software.
The role supports testing across multiple environments and coordinates with government stakeholders.
Testing responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Coordinate with the government to validate sufficient test coverage.
- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing across multiple environments.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Validate functional and non-functional software requirements.
- Create test reports and metrics to communicate results.
- Participate in defect triage and prioritize issues.
- Verify bug fixes through confirmation testing.
- Maintain test environments and test data sets.
- Collaborate with developers to improve code testability.
Qualifications and levels
- SECRET security clearance is required.
- The posting supports junior, journeyman, and senior levels.
- Junior level requires 0 to 3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
