Role Overview
Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects and workstreams supporting the War Data Platform.
Ensure assigned projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered on schedule while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, manage resources and dependencies, and track progress against milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and prepare status updates and program deliverables.
- Coordinate technical teams, program leadership, and stakeholders and help resolve impediments and resource conflicts.
- Facilitate Agile and SAFe planning activities, team meetings, and ceremonies.
- Maintain project and Agile artifacts, track performance metrics, and promote continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support quality control, risk management, transition planning, and other program initiatives.
Requirements
- A Secret security clearance is required.
- The posting accepts Junior candidates with 0–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree, Journeyman candidates with 4–7 years and a bachelor's degree, or Senior candidates with 8+ years and a bachelor's degree.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency using all Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Good communication skills and a self-starter mindset are expected.
