About Speechify

Platform team overview
The Platform team builds and maintains backend services for payments, analytics, subscriptions, products, text-to-speech, and external APIs.
The role involves strategic thinking, product decisions, and building user experiences that delight users.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs, including payment, subscription, authentication, and consumption tracking APIs.
- Oversee the backend API landscape and improve performance and maintainability.
- Develop B2B solutions focused on enterprise customization and integration needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
Ideal candidate qualifications
- Proven backend development experience with TypeScript and Node.js is required.
- Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform is required.
