Role Overview
The Platform team builds and maintains backend services for payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text-to-speech, and external APIs.
This is a key platform role involving strategic thinking, product decisions, and delivery of user-focused experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain public and internal APIs, including payment, subscription, authentication, and consumption-tracking services.
- Oversee backend APIs and optimize them for performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate on B2B customization and integration solutions for enterprise clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven backend development experience using TypeScript and Node.js is required.
- Direct GCP experience and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or another cloud provider are required.
