Role Overview
The Network Reliability Engineering team is seeking a Software Engineer to design and build network automation solutions and front-end applications.
The role improves operational efficiency, reliability, and visibility across the enterprise network environment.
The engineer will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain network automation solutions that streamline operational tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve service reliability.
- Build and enhance front-end interfaces, dashboards, and internal platforms for engineering and operations teams.
- Collaborate with network engineering, infrastructure, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
- Support automation frameworks that improve network configurability, observability, supportability, and performance.
- Drive initiatives across research, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and data issues, including production support.
- Develop and maintain software and automation capabilities that improve network engineering and operations productivity.
