Software Engineer - Informatica Developer

Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to support enterprise data integration requirements. • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading. • Work with Teradata databases to design, implement, and optimize data integration and reporting solutions. • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable ETL designs and technical solutions. • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. • Troubleshoot ETL job failures, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely data processing. • Optimize ETL workflows and SQL queries to improve performance and meet SLA requirements. • Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, DBAs, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities following development best practices. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including ETL design specifications, mapping documents, and operational runbooks. • Support production environments by monitoring ETL jobs, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements as needed. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clearly articulating technical concepts, project updates, risks, and dependencies. • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting team priorities, and driving continuous process improvements. • Adhere to organizational standards, security guidelines, and data governance policies throughout the software development lifecycle
