We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II with expertise in Flutter for our innovative technology team.
In this role, you will be pivotal in developing high-quality mobile applications that reflect our dedication to enhancing user experiences.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn ambitious ideas into reality by writing efficient and robust code.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain impactful mobile applications using Flutter framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, testable, and reusable code to meet project requirements.
- Utilize best practices in application development for improved performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to optimize performance.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement application designs and user flows effectively.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications thoroughly.
- Mentor and support junior engineers through guidance and code review processes.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in mobile technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Proven experience using Flutter to build cross-platform mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience with mobile development tools, SDKs, and API integration essential.
- Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
