Department
The Digital Client Experience team develops and enhances Franklin Templeton's global digital presence across more than 60 external-facing websites, client tools, and digital channels.
The team includes product, design, engineering, content, and marketing professionals working collaboratively in agile delivery teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Build client experiences using reusable UI components.
- Develop scalable web features and enhancements.
- Create reusable templates and experience patterns.
- Integrate content management platform capabilities.
- Build and consume APIs and data services.
- Ensure accessibility, performance, security, and SEO standards.
- Support testing, release readiness, and production stability.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Automate repetitive engineering activities.
- Improve delivery efficiency and quality.
- Promote modern engineering standards and continuous improvement.
- Standardize scalable delivery approaches and accelerate business capability delivery.
Team and Collaboration
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions.
- Identify dependencies and delivery risks.
- Contribute to agile, outcome-focused delivery.
