How You Will Add Value ?

Core Responsibilities:

You will develop and support intelligent automation solutions using Power Platform, KNIME, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other AI-enabled technologies.

You will build reusable automation components and contribute to shared frameworks and accelerator libraries.

You will analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities that improve productivity and reduce operational risk.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and automation workflows.

You will create technical documentation and support deployment activities.

You will ensure solutions meet security, scalability, compliance, and quality standards.

Team & Collaboration:

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.

You will participate in Agile planning, reviews, and delivery activities.

You will share knowledge, best practices, and reusable solutions across teams.

You will proactively identify risks, communicate issues, and support successful project delivery.

Strategic Responsibilities:

You will adopt an AI-first approach to software development and automation engineering.

You will leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, debugging, research, and documentation.

You will validate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure quality and accuracy.

You will identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into automation solutions.

You will build proofs of concept and experiment with emerging automation technologies.

You will develop and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement:

You will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for automation solutions in production.

You will investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

You will continuously improve automation reliability, maintainability, and performance.

You will contribute to operational excellence and platform enhancements.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role ?

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.

2–4 years of experience in automation, AI, or software engineering roles.

Experience working with enterprise automation programs or Centers of Excellence.

Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, or business process optimization.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning concepts and AI-assisted development practices.

Technical Skills:

Power Automate, Power Apps, KNIME, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Python and JavaScript development.

REST API integration and workflow orchestration.

OAuth authentication and system integration patterns.

Low-code and no-code automation platforms.

Prompt engineering and AI-enabled development workflows.

Data pipelines, automation frameworks, and intelligent process solutions.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Growth mindset and continuous learning orientation.

Ability to work effectively across business and technology functions.

Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
