Role Summary
Build scalable HR technology solutions across Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits.
Work with frontend and backend technologies including the Maersk Career Site and Workday ecosystem.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions and advise the People Function.
Drive AI and automation initiatives that improve HR processes, employee experiences, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance frontend and backend applications and develop generative AI applications, copilots, and autonomous agents.
- Design and implement scalable, performant, secure, maintainable APIs.
- Configure and support Workday Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits modules, including processes, security, integrations, validations, reporting, and optimization.
- Maintain development standards, CI/CD practices, code management strategies, and Workday configuration best practices.
- Support peer reviews, knowledge sharing, technical improvement advice, strategic projects, and change delivery.
- Perform incident management, mass-load management, and day-to-day HR Operations support in Agile Scrum teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience building and supporting applications on the .NET stack.
- Hands-on experience with Vue and scalable RESTful APIs, plus basic OAuth 2.0 and OWASP knowledge.
- Strong Microsoft Azure experience covering microservices, App Services, API Management or gateways, cloud-native development, and integrations.
- DevOps experience with GitHub CI/CD, Terraform, and Docker.
- Knowledge of NoSQL or MongoDB, cache-based systems, BDD, TDD, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Generative AI, LLM, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or model fine-tuning experience is required.
- Workday experience in Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, or Benefits is required.
- UX/UI knowledge, stakeholder management, communication, and Agile Scrum experience are required.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI platforms is desirable.
- Participation in a Workday implementation or transformation project is a strong advantage.
