Role Description
- The Software Development Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to work both onsite and from home.
- This role involves overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions that support the firm’s accounting, finance, and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a development team, define technical direction, review code and architecture, and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Coordinate project timelines, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage distributed systems and integrations.

Qualifications
