Requirements

- Inspection focused skills, including experience in Inspection and familiarity with petroleum industry quality and safety standards
- Logistics skills, including Logistics Management capabilities and coordination of supply chain activities for petroleum projects
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, petroleum, project management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI) are an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in the petroleum or energy sector, with knowledge of industry regulations, HSE standards, and best practices
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret technical and financial data for project decision making
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and manage stakeholders at different levels
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Role Description
- The Petroleum Project Manager will oversee and coordinate petroleum related projects, ensuring alignment with financial, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on site client and project visits and some work from home flexibility.
- Day to day responsibilities include planning and tracking project milestones, managing expediting activities for materials and equipment, coordinating logistics, and supervising inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance standards.
- The Petroleum Project Manager will collaborate with internal consultants and client stakeholders, prepare project reports, monitor budgets and timelines, and proactively address risks and issues.
- The role also involves optimizing project workflows, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that project outcomes support clients’ strategic and financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate complex petroleum projects.
